We both really like the fact that you had our best interest at heart. We really felt like you were working to get the best deal for us – even thinking of things that we didn’t (like the home warranty). We've had a total of 5 realtors and we liked you the best – we were just talking about this last week.

We can't think of anything that we felt you needed to improve on for us – we just really felt like you were in our corner and we haven't felt that with past realtors - seriously.


You do a great job of seeing both sides and making the transaction work. You have a great attention to detail, which is very necessary in protecting your clients. Your availability throughout the process is also necessary and appreciated.


I think your patience was wonderful, we took our time and lots of yours but you were always willing to spend the time needed. Another thing that you did that I appreciated was you worked within our limits. We didn't look at houses that we couldn't afford or were in areas that we didn't want to live. I always felt comfortable with you handling the details, there was always a sense of trust I had in working with you.

We had a great experience with you Steve (and would use you again)…You have great people skills...You make people feel important and comfortable...I never got the sense that we were inconveniencing you…You were patient and helpful and knowledgeable. We felt you had our best interest at heart the entire time---and we both love your sense of humor... We enjoyed and appreciated our experience with you so much---that we would also recommend you to other people...


I think what I valued most was that you would always give us your honest opinion when asked. Buying and selling a home is an emotional thing but it's also a financial transaction which requires your experience. You were not afraid to tell us the negatives of a particular house, price or situation. You were a trusted advisor.


Thorough, Attention paid the sellers needs, approachable with questions, felt that things were handled, honest about expectations, knowledgeable to the homes needs and value, realistic with concerns in todays market. We liked the follow through and follow up!

We could tell that you are definitely a people person and like your job. That came through. You gave us input as first time home buyers that was helpful and we trusted you. It was important for us as believers to have the time of prayer with you when we made the purchase agreement. That was special. You made yourself very available to us when we saw homes on the internet and wanted to see them. It was great that we were one of the first to see the home we chose due to your timely response to set up the viewing.


The only negative that I can think of is that sometimes I am a little squeamish about having friends involved in our financial affairs. We have clearly gotten over that hurdle with you. I know that you will always have our best interests at heart. Even though we are friends, I feel that you handled yourself in a professional manner.


We know that because of your knowledge, experience, and connections within the real estate industry, we were able to purchase the home we really wanted. Without you (in particular) as our realtor, there is a good chance we would have lost out on the house.

You were easily accessible and flexible. As first time home buyers, we really demanded a lot, and were so impressed with your knowledge and gracious help. We definitely will continue to refer you to our friends in the same position as we were. Although we were not on the high end of your selling point, we felt as though we were treated as important clients, our thoughts were heard, and you really put in a lot of effort for us.

It was a very positive experience for both of us, and we LOVE our home!

Although we were young, newbie clients, we felt that you could relate to us, and we even had some fun in the process. You were easy to get along with and had a sense of humor which is great! Your professionalism- it does not go unnoticed or unappreciated and is still important to people our age (even if many of us are still immature :).)


You were a true professional from start to finish and I would recommend others to you. From day one you were honest about the work that needed to be done, as well as establishing a realistic pricing strategy.


Likes:
Your professional demeanor; you use discretion and are trustworthy. Your intelligence and the depth of knowledge you have in your field. You are up to date on current practices. Most of all, my favorite trait is your positive outlook on life in general. It is contagious.

Dislikes:
I can't think of any, but I always wondered if we should have had an Open House. Could it have hurt? It's hard to say...
